Hillcrest Academy is slated for their first of two Fall Visit Days this Wednesday. Interested eighth graders wanting to take a look at the school as well as high school students maybe looking to transfer can participate in a day of shadowing current Hillcrest students.  Director of Enrollment Rebecca Beachy Miller says they’ll host visitors with COVID-19 safety in mind, “Even with the Governor’s new proclamation because it’s happening during the school day, we’re still able to have them. And just like we treat all of our other students, we would treat the prospective students the same way. Face coverings required, we prefer face masks, we’ll still do social distancing.” Beachy Miller says they did a visit day virtually in the spring due to coronavirus concerns and it was successful. She says they may do that again, but visit days Wednesday  and next Monday are still slated to be in person.
