The Washington Public Library is hosting a Winter Family Reading program. Kits are available for any family and includes the parts to make a snowman at home. For every 30 minutes a family reads together, they get to add a part to the snowman. Once completed, families can bring their snowman to the library to be displayed in the front window. A book will also be purchased to honor each family and placed in the library’s collection. For more information call the library at 653-2726 to register.
