In their first non-virtual tournament of the winter, the Washington archery team had another big outing on Saturday when they traveled to North Scott and won the Lancer Bullseye Tournament.
The Demons placed first out of two with a score of 3295 to upend North Scott’s 3243. Lane Frana placed second out of 57 high school boys with a 288 score and 18 bullseyes. Jack Strabala was third with 287 and Alexis Ide’s 283 was the best performance out of 44 high school girls. Other notable finishes included Jonathan Moore 278, Kenna Rathmell 276, Anna Venenga 274, and Areil Mills 272.
Washington is off until February 6th for a Springville Invitational.
