A pair of Southeast Conference duals awaited the Washington wrestling team in Burlington on Thursday and the Demons fell in the triangular.
Washington lost to the Grayhounds 48-9 and Mount Pleasant 51-15. Out of nine contested matches on the evening the Demons won four of them including going 2-2 in the Panther dual. Jacob Miller was the headliner at 138 lbs beating both of his opponents by matching 11-5 decisions. Ayden Frazer recorded a win at 182 lbs with a fall in 1:47 and Curtis Stender pinned his opponent in 3:42 at 195 lbs.
