Due to predicted blowing snow and subzero temperature conditions, Washington County Public Health’s COVID-19 vaccine clinic for those 65 and older has been rescheduled from Saturday to Thursday, February 11th.

The clinic will last from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Wellman Parkside YMCA, and those who already have an appointment will keep the same appointment time with the new date. The public does not need to call the public health office as their staff will be contacting residents to confirm their appointment. Face masks are required at the clinic, and those receiving the vaccine are asked to dress in layers so your arm will be accessible. Please bring your Medicare card with you, and do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior to your appointment to ease traffic congestion. Public health apologizes for any inconvenience, as the safety of community members, staff, and volunteers is their top priority.
