A Washington man facing several charges including felony domestic abuse and possession of contraband was arrested on another warrant Tuesday.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Michael Dean Carlin for possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. A $5,300 cash-only bond was issued for Carlin. He was previously arrested last August for domestic abuse impeding air flow causing bodily injury and domestic abuse assault – third or subsequent offense, and possession of contraband in a correctional institution, all class D felonies, and false imprisonment, a serious misdemeanor. Carlin is also charged with unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,500, an aggravated misdemeanor. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
