Saturday afternoon an Oskaloosa woman was arrested on a felony warrant out of Washington county. Local officers reported being out with Shawna Kathleen Patzel of Oskaloosa. She was arrested on warrants for possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a class D felony, and possession of a controlled substance second offense. Bond was set at $5,000. A detainer was placed on Patzel and extradition arrangements to the Washington County Jail were made.
