The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk archery team competed on the big stage of the Iowa Winter Games this season. Zane Fisher led the way for the Hawks, shooting a 280, including 13 10s. He placed fourth of 38 competing high school boys and fourth of 110 overall on the boys side of the event. The Golden Hawk girls were led by Kaylee Shirkey with her 259 including 11 10s. She placed 13th of 30 high school girls and 21st of 78 in total competing in the girls event. Other Mid-Prairie scores included Camden Miller 262, Koby Karnes 252, Braydon Younge and Zoe Fisher 251, Christopher Burnham 247, Payton Peck 246, Paityn Jennings 244, Milo Sieren 239 and Blake Peck 213.
