Technology overcame time and distance for the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk archery teams when they participated in the Lawton Bronson Eagle Virtual 300 tournament. Due to COVID-19, virtual tournaments were permitted this season where teams would shoot in their home facility and then report their scores over the internet to determine final standings. In this case, Mid-Prairie did not have to make the five hour drive to the Sioux City area to compete in the tournament.

The Golden Hawk High School team finished third of three squads in action with their score of 2,961. Lawton-Bronson won their home tournament with a 3,404 team score. The Hawks were led by Zane Fisher and his score of 270, including eight tens. That placed him 11th of 33 high school boys. Top girls finish for Mid-Prairie came from Zoe Fisher with her 248 including 10 tens. She placed 18th of 33 high school girls. Other Golden Hawk scores included Koby Karnes 266, Camden Miller 264, Braydon Younge 250, Payton Peck 245, Milo Sieren 240, Alexa Huber 239, Paityn Jennings 238, Peyton Freeman 236, Landen Tyree 234, Paytin Swartzentruber and Blake Peck 231 and Christopher Burnham 216.

The Mid-Prairie middle school Hawks were second of three teams with 2,863 points. Indian Hills won the title with 2,884. Top middle school performance for Mid-Prairie came from Elijah Statler with a 267 including 12 tens. That was second best of 51 middle school boys. Morgyn Nafziger led the middle school girls with a 254 including five tens. That was second of 36 middle school girls. Other Mid-Prairie middle school scores included Landon Kuenster 261, Parker Jennings 255, Tate Bombei 245, Hunter Robertson 240, Tessa Bombei 239, Logan McClellen 236, Kennah Robertson 230, Blake Malichky 225, Isabelle Frederick 224, Tommy Miller 222, Caiden Sellers 219, Kyla Karnes 218, Nickolas Kelley and Averi Janecek 216, Harlee West 214, Eli Conrad 213, Sophia Puttmann and Cecil Kelley 211, Lael Seale and Johnathon Pickard 205, Kylee Statler 204, Fiona McClellen 198, Jacob Debler 196, Jack Sorrell 191, Emma Hunter 181, Carsen Tyree 166 and Pyper Jennings 122.
