The second home track meet for Washington will be tonight when the boys and girls host the annual Demon Relays. 

Plenty of area schools will be making the trip including Mid-Prairie, Columbus Community, Highland, and WACO. Demon boys head coach Steve Roth always looks forward to this meet. “We always like this coed meet. It is senior night and we will dedicate the building that we built last year so there is some special things happening. We have a lot of area schools there and we have had this Demon Relays for about 20 years so it is a special meet.”

Other schools participating include Burlington, Fairfield, Fort Madison, Iowa City Liberty, Keokuk, Mount Pleasant, North Cedar, Tipton, and Wapello. 

The meet gets underway at 3:30 p.m. this evening at Case Field.
