Those wanting some help preparing for their next job opportunity can receive assistance this week from Washington for Justice.

The group is holding a resume and mock interview workshop from 4-7 p.m. this Friday and 11 a.m-1 p.m. Saturday at the Mills Seed Building in Washington. Washington for Justice Director Meredith Henderson says anyone high school age and older is welcome to attend, “We want to provide interested community members with help writing their resume or practicing interview skills. We want people to feel confident during their next interview or when writing their resume for opportunities in their lives that they want to pursue. It never hurts to have extra eyes to look at your resumes and make suggestions and the same with interview prep.”

The group will also have clean, used professional clothing that people can take for free without having to attend a workshop. The group thanks all the community members who have donated for this clothing drive, and they are still accepting donations of business attire. You can contact the group at washingtonforjustice@gmail.com and sign up for the workshop here.
