The public is advised of an outdoor warning siren test happening in Washington County tomorrow.
The Washington County Communications Center will conduct a full emergency test of the county-wide outdoor warning system at 10:45 a.m. Thursday. The sirens will run for a full three-minute cycle, will give no indication that it is only a test and will sound like an actual warning. This is a rescheduling of the test that would have occurred during Severe Weather Awareness Week in March but was postponed due to weather. If there is any chance for severe weather tomorrow the full test will be postponed again.
