The Southeast Iowa Superconference schools held their boys golf championship meet Wednesday at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course in Fort Madison. The Winfield-Mt. Union boys had the top area finish, taking fourth place with their round of 376. Van Buren won the team title with a 352 team score. Brady Loyd paced the Wolves with an 88, earning first team all-SEISC honors. Other scores for WMU included Bryce Wade with 94, Jacob Kongable and Carter Loyd with matching 97s, Seth Schurr 101 and Isaac Schurr 104.
Hillcrest Academy was in sixth place with a 403. London Schrock had the low card for the Ravens with a 94. Other Hillcrest scores included Jace Rempel 98, Luke Schrock 100, Josiah Beachy 111 and Alex Niemeyer 122.
Highland was 10th with a team score of 444. Jamison Kasparek put together the best round, firing a 96. Other scores for the Huskies included Peyton Yeggy 101, Brock Schaedler 113 and Isaac Black 134.
Lone Tree turned in an 11th place performance of 449. Columbus was 12th at 465 with Grant Watson leading the way at 112. Other scores for the Wildcats included Robert Coil 115, Tucker Bright and Cole Storm 119 and Trent Hoback 132.
