What movie would you like to watch in Washington’s Central Park this summer?

Main Street Washington is seeking suggestions for its annual Movies on Main Street series, taking place the first Friday of June through August. The public can share family-friendly film ideas on Main Street Washington’s Facebook page. Main Street Director Sarah Grunewaldt says these free events are made possible with the help of their business sponsors, “We’re very lucky to have businesses in town that’ll support a movie and the films are a couple hundred bucks a piece to show. And so thankfully we have business sponsors that step up and get to show a movie and talk about what they are doing to support the community at the same time.”

The first Movies on Main Street event will begin at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 4th in Central Park, and concessions will be available for purchase.
