The Mid-Prairie school board has set final COVID-19 protocols for their 2021 high school graduation ceremony. As recommended at a previous work session, this year’s event will happen inside Tim Grady Gymnasium, after moving outside in 2020. The policy for masks at the event will be determined by the absence percentage reported by the school the Friday immediately prior to graduation. The event will be live streamed and each graduate will be allowed to have unlimited guests and siblings attend. The motion carried 5-1 with Gabrielle Frederick dissenting. Mid-Prairie’s graduation exercises are set for Sunday, May 30th at 1:30p.m.
