Babysitting Basics is a week long course to teach the responsibilities of a babysitter, what employers expect, caring for infants and toddlers, age appropriate toys, how to handle emergencies and basic first aid. This camp is open to those who have completed fifth grade. Cost is $30. Make payments to the Washington County Extension Office. Participants will receive a babysitting starter bag. Camp is held June 14th through the 18th from 9:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. at the Washington County Extension Office. For more information call 319-653-4811.
