ginny

Ginny is available for adoption from PAWS & More.

There are a couple opportunities left this summer for people to spay or neuter their pets at a reduced rate thanks to a grant received by PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington.

The shelter is offering $10 spay or neuter procedures on the third Monday of July and August. The shelter received a grant from the Bissell Pet Foundation to help lower these costs from their usual range of $35-80. Shelter Director Amber Talbot urges pet owners to schedule an appointment, as they’ve recently taken in over 120 kittens in the last eight weeks, “We really want to get people scheduled or at least call us to see how we can assist you at getting your animals spayed and neutered, and so we don’t have to experience another summer with such a high intake.”

The next day to schedule a spay or neuter is Monday, July 19th. For contact information visit here.
