A Washington man must spend time in a residential treatment facility for violating his probation.

Court documents show that 20-year-old Colby Patrick Miller was ordered on Friday to reside in the facility for 365 days or until maximum benefits have been achieved. Miller’s suspended prison sentence and probation will not be revoked at this time, and he must pay category B restitution. Among the reported violations, Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct in April and charged with underage purchase or possession of alcohol in May. He is serving seven years probation for charges of second-degree arson, a class C felony; second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony; and three counts of third-degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor, for events that took place in April and June of 2020.
