Funeral service for 96 year old William Brown of Wellman will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 22 at Marion Avenue Baptist Church in Washington.  Private family burial will be at Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21 at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.
