A Washington man was arrested on several charges Thursday night.

The Washington County Communications Center received a call at 8:28 p.m. for a car that didn’t belong at a residence at 910 East Adams Street. The Washington Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded and arrested 52-year-old Jimmy Allen Quick on warrants for possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a class D felony, possession of methamphetamine first offense and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, both serious misdemeanors, possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor, and violation of a no contact order. Total bond for the warrants is $7,600 cash only.

Quick was also charged with control of a firearm by a felon, a class D felony, interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor, and another count of violation of a no contact order. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
