A Washington man was arrested on a Louisa County warrant for probation violation Saturday.

The Washington Police Department located and arrested 21-year-old Jeremy Dale Weaver at approximately 11:55 a.m. at 200 West Madison Street. Weaver was in possession of prescription drugs at the time of the arrest. He faces charges of probation violation on an original charge of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and unlawful possession of a prescription drug, a serious misdemeanor. Bond has been set at $5,000 cash or surety. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
