Discussion and possible first reading of an ordinance amending water rates will be considered during the Washington City Council meeting Tuesday.

The meeting will also include a resolution establishing an American Rescue Plan Act capital projects fund, amending a resolution to create and appoint a city administrator search committee, and approval of an internal tax increment financing loan for the Wellness Park.

The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
