As we wait the start of the fall sports season in a few weeks, that means a chance to look back at a successful 2020-2021 athletic season in Southeast Iowa.

Once again this summer KCII will highlight some of the best moments from the previous academic year with our top 10 sports countdown. Starting Monday, August 9th we will countdown the best sports stories from 2020-2021 for our area schools. We will have separate countdowns for Washington, Mid-Prairie, Hillcrest Academy and then a combined look at all of our other area schools that includes Columbus, Highland, Lone Tree, Winfield-Mt. Union, WACO, Keota, and Sigourney. Relive some of the best individual and team accomplishments from the fall, winter, spring, and summer sports seasons.  

The countdown will last two weeks and can be heard during the sports page of the Morning (7 a.m), Mid-Day (noon), and Evening Magazines (5 p.m.) as well as found online at kciiradio.com.
