A Brighton man who violated his probation earlier this year was arrested again Friday.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant at 12:55 p.m. for 38-year-old Jason Robert Potts. He was wanted out of Jefferson County for violation of probation on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a class C felony; second-degree theft, a class D felony, and unauthorized use of a credit card, an aggravated misdemeanor. Bond is set at $30,000 cash only, and a detainer was placed for Potts being held in the Washington County Jail. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
