Adoption of a site plan for a Marion Avenue Baptist Church Multipurpose Center and grant application items for renovation of the former Winga’s Cafe are on the agenda for tomorrow’s Washington City Council meeting.
The agenda also includes a resolution for a 28E agreement with the county for improvements to West 5th and 18th streets and Lexington Boulevard, a fiscal year 2021 city financial report, and a task order for demolition of the old wastewater treatment plant. Discussion and possible action will also be held regarding sewer boring for the proposed MSJ Country Club residential subdivision, cemetery hours, and a police staffing analysis.
The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
