A Burlington man was recently ordered to spend time in a residential treatment facility for violating his probation in Washington County.

Court documents show that following 19-year-old Blane Buckshot Robinson’s admission of violating the terms of his probation for original charges of eluding, a class D felony, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance first offense, a serious misdemeanor, his suspended prison sentence and probation shall not be revoked under a special condition. Robinson must reside in a treatment facility for 365 days or until maximum benefits have been achieved. Until space is available at said facility, Robinson shall be held in the Washington County Jail. He must pay court-appointed attorney fees if applicable and court costs as well as category B restitution. Robinson is on a five-year probation period with a five-year suspended sentence for an incident that occurred on June 15, 2019. At the time he was a minor the juvenile court waived its jurisdiction so Robinson was prosecuted as an adult.
