The Iowa Track and Field Coaches Association released week three rankings for the cross country season and there was plenty of representation once again from Southeast Iowa athletes. 

The Mid-Prairie girls continue to occupy the top spot in the class 2A team standings and sophomore Danielle Hostetler is number one in the individual rankings. Teammate Sydney Yoder is 11th, Phoebe Shetler 19th, Jaden Yoder 20th, and Mitzi Evans 23rd. The Golden Hawk boys are slotted in the fifth spot with Thaddeus Shetler moving up to fifth.

The Washington girls dropped out of the top 20, but the boys moved up a spot to 18 in class 3A. Lance Sobaski is now rated sixth and Micah Rees moved up nine spots to 20th. 

The Columbus Community boys are the 17th best team in class 1A. Isaac Acosta is the lone Wildcat representative rated 27th.
