The Lone Tree “pride” is preparing to take on the Winfield-Mt. Union pack for this year’s homecoming. 

This week students get to dress up in their best “wild wild west,” celebrity look-alike, senior citizen, pajama, and spirit looks with activities including hallway decorating and window paintings, powderpuff football, and students versus staff basketball game. Friday features a pep assembly where the king and queen will be crowned. This year’s court includes Tyler Bell, Cade Patterson, Cade Shield, Kasey Chown, Alyssa Knock and Lexi Norris. A parade will follow the assembly and then the Lions will face the Wolves for the varsity football game at 6:30 p.m..
