Doing the “Hokey Pokey” tradition at the end of WACO volleyball home wins continued on Monday when the Warriors welcomed Cardinal for a Southeast Iowa Super Conference showdown and won in straight sets.

WACO had little trouble with this one downing the Comets (2-16) in three with scores of 25-7, 25-11, and 25-16. Grace Coble set up most of the attacks with 27 assists and Ellah Kissell managed 14 kills with Marie Farmer having eight. Kissell recorded 10 digs and the team served at a 94% efficiency with 15 aces.

The Warriors improved to 13-8 overall and 4-2 in the league. They travel to Lone Tree for a tournament today.
