Two days removed from an exciting five set victory over Fairfield on Tuesday, the Washington volleyball team couldn’t muster the same magic on Thursday when they traveled to Tiffin and were swept by Clear Creek-Amana.

The Clippers (15-7) controlled this one from the onset by handling the Demons in straight sets with scores of 25-3, 25-5, and 25-9. Bliss Beck led the Clippers with nine kills and Calia Clubb had eight. They put up 13 aces on the Demons and served at a 97% efficiency.

Washington falls to 2-17 and they gear up for the Southeast Conference tournament on Tuesday in Mount Pleasant.
