A Washington woman was arrested on two warrants Thursday.
The Washington County Communications Center states that at 11:28 a.m. 27-year-old Jovany Reyes-Espinoza was in the lobby of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The Washington Police Department responded and arrested Reyes-Espinoza for failure to appear for mittimus on an original charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense, and for OWI third offense, a class D felony, and driving while barred. Bond was set at $7,000 cash only. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
