A Washington man was arrested on three warrants Tuesday.

The Washington County Communications Center states that 37-year-old Derek Brandon Morgan was taken into custody in Fairfield for his first probation violation on a conviction of possession of a firearm by a felon, a class D felony; and his third probation violation for third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and third-degree theft, an aggravated misdemeanor. Bond was set at $24,000 cash only, and a detainer was placed with Jefferson County. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
