The Riverside City Council is set to approve the final designs for the construction of Railroad Park during their regular meeting today.

The council will also review cost estimates and the timetable for the project. Following the discussion and finalization of the plans, a public hearing will be scheduled for the plans, specifications and notice for bids. Other items on the agenda include possible approval of the city administrator amended agreement and the city administrator’s report. Outlined in the report is community envisioning for the city council, Highway 22 traffic concerns and appointment to the ex-officio seat vacancy on the Riverboat Foundation Board.
