A Mount Pleasant Man was arrested on felony drug charges Tuesday. 

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:53 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Washington Street in Mount Pleasant. Police identified the driver as 25-year-old Rakhil Baashia Edgar Lee. After further investigation and a vehicle search, police found psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana. Lee was arrested and charged with controlled substance violation mushrooms, a class C felony, two counts of failure to affix drug tax stamp, a class D felony, and possession of controlled substance marijuana second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor.
