A Washington woman was unsuccessfully discharged from her probation after being arrested for a second report of violations.

Court records show that the Department of Corrections recommended that 49-year-old Dawn Michelle Entsminger be unsuccessfully discharged, which the State and defense agreed. Entsminger was originally ordered to serve one year and 10 months of probation with a five-year prison sentence suspended on September 27th, 2019. She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense, a class D felony. She was then convicted of violating her probation on February 28, 2020 and was ordered to serve 30 days in jail. Entsminger was arrested this August during a domestic assault call, for which 32-year-old Lucas Lee Koehler was arrested and charged with a simple misdemeanor. Koehler’s case is ongoing.
