Mid-Prairie archery teamed with local groups to raise money for their program this winter. The Hawks, along with the National Wild Turkey Federation Misty Morning Monarchs Chapter of Washington County and Scheel’s Sporting Goods put together a raffle for Scheels gift cards ranging from $250 to $1,000 in value. Each ticket was $10 with half of the proceeds going to NWTF, the other half benefiting Mid-Prairie archery. There were 428 total tickets sold, raising $2,140 for Mid-Prairie archery. The program will use the funds to purchase equipment like block and 3D targets, bows, arrows and more.
