Calling hours for 80-year-old Garth Vernon Rustan of Washington will begin at 2p.m. Wednesday, December 29th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present from 4-7p.m. Services to celebrate the lives of Garth and Harriet will be held at a later date at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Memorials have been established for the United Presbyterian Church of Washington Demon Athletic Department.
