One Demon and one Golden Hawk won individual titles this week as Washington and Mid-Prairie participated at the West Liberty girls wrestling tournament.

For Washington, Teegan Sulentich went 2-0 on the day, beating Mid-Prairie’s Ali Bolanos by fall in the championship match. Jenna Bose also wrestled for the Demons, taking fourth in her weight class.

Mid-Prairie’s champion was Bronwyn Brenneman who finished a perfect 3-0 including a championship bout win by fall over Vivian Peterson of North Scott. Gabi Robertson, Ashlee Farrier, Grace Conway, Ellie Brenneman, Madison Kelly, and Ali Bolanos were all runners-up for the Hawks.
