The Washington bowling teams got back in Southeast Conference play on Tuesday with a trip to Arrowhead Bowl in Keokuk.
The boys were clipped by the host Chiefs 2,673 pins to 2,021. Ethan Zieglowsky paced the orange and black in third with a two-game series of 371. Keokuk’s Cole Gillenwater won with 451. Caleb Zieglowsky finished fifth with 328, Cole Anderson recorded a 247, Ismat Abdurahimov 233, Quentin Howard 214, and Cashden Pepper 188. The baker game count favored the Chiefs 875-628. The Demon girls had three less bowlers and lost 2,821 to 820. Leigha Heisdorffer led the way with a 253 series, Emma Chenoweth had 182, and Emma Loeffler finished with 129.
