The Highland wrestling team dropped a pair of Superconference duals at a home Thursday triangular. The Huskies were beaten by Mediapolis 43-42 on tiebreaking criteria E. The Huskies had wins in contested matches from Remington Fields by fall at 120lbs, Ayden Havel by fall at 145lbs, and Isaac Kleese by fall at 182lbs.

Highland was also beaten by Wapello 54-28. The Huskies had wins in contested matches against the Indians from Mackenzie McFarland at 113lbs by fall, Jack Peiffer at 126lbs by fall, Carlos Valenzuela at 132lbs by fall, and Jacob Hill at 152lbs by fall.

The Huskies dual record falls to 3-7 on the year. Highland will next be in action this weekend at the WACO Tournament.
