A Celebration of Life Gathering for 83-year-old Fern Yoder of Wellman will be Saturday, January 22nd from 3-6p.m. at the Wellman Fire Station. A Memorial Fund has been established for Wellman Ambulance, Wellman Fire Department and Hospice of Washington County. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is caring for Fern and her family.
