The Washington Public Library will hold a wrapping and coiling workshop with artist Carol Ray Saturday, February 19th at 10:30a.m. Learn the wrapping and coiling technique to create baskets, placements and other fiber sculptures. Materials are provided but you may bring your own yard and darning needle. This program is free for ages 12 and up, registration is required.
