A Columbus Junction man faces multiple counts of lascivious conduct with a minor and other charges for alleged offenses that occurred in Johnson County.

Criminal complaints show the actions occurred from 2019 to 2021 in Iowa City with some of the events observed by others. Fifty-two year-old Lance Michel Thomas was arrested on February 11th on charges of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and indecent contact with a child, both aggravated misdemeanors, and four counts of lascivious conduct with a minor, a serious misdemeanor.
