Funeral services for 65-year-old Richard Bernard Schmitt of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Washington, will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 26th at St. James Catholic Church. The family will be present to receive friends at the church one hour prior to services. Private family interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
