Parole was recently revoked for a Washington man whose criminal record includes a 2007 sexual abuse conviction in Johnson County.

Court documents show 52-year-old Christopher James Beardshear is to serve up to five years at the Work Release Center in the Ottumwa Residential Facility. This is his second revocation on the particular sentence and he is advised that if the Court sentences him to prison for a pending operating while intoxicated third offense charge in Henry County then his work release shall be transferred to prison as well. Beardshear was convicted of third-degree criminal mischief, an aggravated misdemeanor in Washington County last May with a charge dismissed for second-degree burglary, a class C felony. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
