The Lone Tree boys’ basketball team had a pair of players receive postseason recognition by the Southeast Iowa Super Conference being named all conference. 

Seniors Cade Patterson and Adam Knock were chosen as honorable mention selections in the north division. Patterson finished second in the league with 47 blocks and showed off his defensive versatility with 38 steals. He paced the team with 8.8 points and 5.3 rebounds a game while dishing out a total of 47 assists. Knock recorded 7.8 points and 4.4 boards a night while shooting 34% from long range and creating 36 steals.  

The Lions finished the winter 7-17, a five win improvement from last season.
