She was sentenced to serve up to 10 years in prison concurrently for each offense. Hagist also pleaded guilty to operating while under the influence second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of meth first offense and unlawful possession of prescription drugs, both serious misdemeanors. She was sentenced to two years for the OWI and one year for the serious misdemeanors, to be served concurrently with the other cases. All fines were suspended.

On May 21, 2020 a search warrant was conducted at Hagist’s then-residence of Brighton where seven grams of meth, 26 grams of marijuana, THC wax, THC candies, prescription pills, and other items pertaining to drug distribution were seized. On February 26, 2021 a traffic stop was conducted on Hagist’s vehicle where a pipe containing meth and prescription pills were found, and after her arrest meth was found on her person. She was then arrested on September 12th of last year after a search warrant found about 10 grams of meth at her Kalona residence with other drug paraphernalia.
