Celebration of life services for 52-year-old Richard Michael Fogle of Council Bluffs will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday March 19th at the Police Association Recreational Center in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. The Jones and Eden Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
