Just after 4p.m. Saturday afternoon the Washington County Safety Center received a call about a disturbance on the lawn of 1405 N. 2nd Avenue in Washington. The caller reported that their daughter was outside the home in the yard yelling and screaming at them and another person. During the response from authorities, the subject left the residence and was located in their vehicle at the intersection of North 4th Avenue and East 3rd Street. The individual, Connie Sue Sedlacek, was arrested on charges of violation of a no contact order, assault on a peace officer and interference with official acts. Charges are also pending per DCI lab results for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sedlacek is currently in custody at the Washington County Jail.
