Funeral services 79-year-old Caroll L. Smith of Ottumwa, formerly of Brighton, will be Friday, March 25th at 1:30p.m. at Trinity Friends Church in Richland. Burial will follow at the Richland Friends Cemetery. A general memorial has been established and may be left at the church or mailed to the family. Gould Funeral Home in Richland is in charge of the arrangements.
